This was a Red Kettle campaign video for the Salvation Army. This campaign raised almost ___ dollars in the month of Dec 2023. This video utilizes a lighting technique called “Cove Lighting,” popularized by Roger Deakins. Edited in Davinci Resolve. Shot on RED Komodo w/ Canon CNE Lenses.

Zimele is a nonprofit focused on helping women in rural parts of South Africa be supported in their journeys to find stable incomes for their families. They provide literacy and small buisness skills, as well as mentorship for these women. This video was shot in about 3 days in Kwazulu Natal and helped support Zimeles efforts in explaining what they do. This video has toured across the world, being featured in donor lectures in Ireland and London, and the US. It utilizes mostly natural lighting and being smart with where I place the camera and the subject.
